The producer is from Noreña, Asturias. The combination of these three meats is called "compango" which derives from the Latin and refers to foods eaten with "pan" (bread).
These meats can be used to make the famous Asturian dish "fabada" or used in many other traditional Spanish dishes (have a look at my recipies).
INGREDIENTS:
Panceta: belly pork, salt, preservative (E250, E252)
Chorizo: Pork, paprika, salt, garlic, dextrine, dextrose, stabilizer (E-451), antioxidant (E-316).
Morcilla: Pork, onion, blood, paprika, salt
Lactose & Gluten Free
Needs to be cooked. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
