Born and bred in Madrid, Chef Omar Allibhoy has been creating a buzz within the UK food scene with his Tapas and creative flair since arriving in London in 2004.
Once described as the Antonio Banderas of cooking by Gordon Ramsay, he has since launched the Spanish restaurant chain Tapas Revolution and written two hugely successful cookbooks. ‘Tapas Revolution’, the fastest selling Spanish cookbook of 2013, and ‘Spanish Made Simple’ published by Quadrille in September 2016.
Omar's TV appearances include Sunday Brunch, The One Show, This Morning, MasterChef, Saturday Kitchen. He is also one of the most popular chefs on YouTube channel ‘Jamie’s Food Tube’ and is currently launching his own channel.
