  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation
